Inventive service.
“The river Elbe overflowed due to heavy rainfall. Many roads were blocked or weakened, so big lorries could not deliver our goods. After a week our entire stock of tape ran out. The service department of Eurotape came up with the perfect solution: they split our order into small packages and had them delivered by courier. They didn’t even charge us for the extra transport costs! Now that’s what we call adequate and creative service, and we appreciate it very much."
