“The river Elbe overflowed due to heavy rainfall. Many roads were blocked or weakened, so big lorries could not deliver our goods. After a week our entire stock of tape ran out. The service department of Eurotape came up with the perfect solution: they split our order into small packages and had them delivered by courier.
